Operational experience	1978-1979, teacher of a high school in Kyiv. 1979-1980, military service. 1981-1985, assistant lecturer of the Chair of Psychology and Pedagogy of the Ukrainian Agricultural Academy. 1985-1988, postgraduate student at the Research Institute of Pedagogy of Ukraine. 1989-1992, main specialist of the Ministry of Education of Ukraine. Since 1993 – provost for Teaching and Methodological Work, Chancellor, Vice-President for Teaching and Educational Work, First provost, Provost for Regional Matters and Innovations – Director of the TV University of the IAPM.
Scientific interests	Pedagogy, problems of education, organization of the teaching-and-educative process in the Higher School, teaching methodology, distance learning, introduction of recent information technologies in the educative process etc.
