George Vasyliovych Shchokin

Born in 1954
The founder and President of the International Personnel Academy and Interregional Academy of Personnel Management, Chairman of the Board of the All-Ukrainian Charitable Foundation “Myloserdia” (“Charity”), Deputy Administrator of the International Biographical Center (England) and the American Biographical Institute (USA).

Was conferred the academic degrees in the areas of psychology, sociology and management; is the professor of theology, as well as the honorary doctor and professor, honorary and full member (academician) of universities and academies of Ukraine, Azerbaijan, England, Belarus’, Kyrghyzstan, Cuba, Moldova, Poland, Russia, Romania, and the USA.

Is member of the editorial boards of a number of scientific reviews, author of more than 250 learned works concerning such matters as social philosophy, religious studies, sociology, psychology, education and management of human resources. Mr. Shchokin has presented papers at world, European and international forums in Berlin, Moscow, Tehran, Beograd, Abu-Dhabi, Havana, Kyiv, and other capitals worldwide.

He was awarded orders of the Ukrainian, Russian and Serbian Orthodox Churches, Armenian Apostolic Church, as well as numerous decorations from scientific organizations and civic associations of Ukraine, England, the USA, Russia, State decorations of the Kyrghyz Republic and the Republic of Serbia, the honorary title of “The Honored Educationalist of Ukraine.” The International Biographical Association (Cambridge, England) recognized him as one of two thousand eminent scientists of the 20th century, while the American Biographical Institute (the USA) – one of the five hundred most influential leaders. He is the winner of various prizes in the field of science, culture, and education.
